Welcome to my plant-based nutrition consultation page! I am an expert in plant-based nutrition and passionate for helping individuals embrace a healthier, more sustainable lifestyle. While I am not a registered dietitian, my education and experience have allowed me to specialize in providing guidance for adopting and maintaining a plant-based diet.
I offer personalized consultations to help you adopt a plant-based diet that fits your lifestyle. My services include dietary advice, meal planning, tips for nutrition optimization, guidance on maintaining a balanced plant-based diet and cooking practice as part of the meeting. However, please note that I do not provide medical advice or diagnose any health conditions.
As you know part of our meeting will be dedicated to practice. You will be more than welcome to try all things we prepare together, but I must ask you to sign a paper where you will state that you are not allergic to any type of food or at least to all the ingredients used in the preparation of that day, taking in consideration possible contamination.

Payment Policies
Payment for consultations is required in full upfront, upon booking via credit/debit cards, PayPal..( see booking section)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancellation made at least 72 hours before session, will receive full refund.
Cancellation made less than 72 hours before session will receive 50% refund of the amount paid BUT note, cancellation made within 24 hours from the beginning of the session and no-shows will receive no refund.
If you wish to reschedule, it must be done at least 72 hours before the session.
