You heard a plant based diet or healthy vegan diet can lower your weight without counting calories, can improve your energy levels, your gut health, your fatigue and sense of well being? Yes, it is true. Studies have shown that a healthy plant based eating can help your sense of well-being, physically and mentally.

What to expect from our meeting
Not just theory but also practice!


We will start from NOW, your lifestyle, your way of eating and your routine. I ‘d like to hear a bit of your story, your overall health and why you have decided to come to me.
We will then discuss your preferences, your challenges, goals and your budget, if relevant.
I can explain and show you WHY a plant based diet is the best choice in terms of improving your own health.
We will speak about carbs, protein, fats, fibre as well as vitamins and some minerals. Their role, their function and where they really are, and how much you really need!
We will see how to compose your plate, how a nutritionally balanced meal should be. There is so much disinformation out there, controversial, misleading, inaccurate, often wrong. Perfect to create confusion.
I believe that education is the best tool to empower people to make the best choices for themselves.
My aim is not to give you a strict dietary plan to follow, but rather to work together with you to make you able to build the perfect and durable plan for yourself
Who I am..
Hello there, my name is Arianna, I am from Italy, Lerici to be precise, La Spezia. You might have heard about Cinque Terre, yes I am from there.
I have always had an interest and passion in food and nutrition since I was a teenager.
I completed my studies in dietetics in 2005, graduated with honours at the University of Medicine and Surgery of Florence. After that I started to travel.

I am not registered with the HCPC ( Health and care professions council), that’s why I cannot call myself Dietitian. But as you can see, I graduated after 3 and half years of studying, internship at the hospital and final degree exam., which in my case implied 6 more months of research and practice on the wards.
